Our Hahnemüle Pearl has a smooth orange peel texture and a bright neutral white base, it creates really vibrant colour reproduction and great detail too. The paper is resin coated with a fibrous feel. The satin finish of the resin coating gives depth to the image which combined with the texture and vibrant colour reproduction give the image the feel of an oil painting. This is one of the most suitable of the Giclée Art Paper range for mounting and framing.
A Giclée print is a high quality archival inkjet print. The word Giclée (pronounced ‘Jee-Klay’ with a soft J), comes from the French verb gicler meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". We use the latest best-in-class Epson Sure Color P9000 printers, capable of producing print resolutions up to 1440 by 2880 DPI.
Giclée printers use a higher quality of fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks. When applied to high quality archival substrates, like, for example, the Hahnemühle cotton-based, acid free Rag papers we use results in an unbeatable archival lifespan of up to 200 years.
Your choice of black or oak FSC®-certified wood frames, complete with high quality glass windows. We ensure the perfect fit with printed border and window mount. We then fit the artwork ready to be hung on your customer’s wall.
Each print has a digital signature and number on the actual print. Together with a certificate of authenticity with every limited edition order.
